Frequently Asked Questions
1. Can I get a pin that is currently sold out?
It depends. If an item is sold out, we try to
restock the item. However, sometimes that
isn't possible because we've used up the
fabric or buttons and are unable to acquire
more. Feel free to contact us and we'll be
happy to fill you in on the status of a particular
item.
2. What if I don't have a PayPal account?
That's okay. PayPal no longer requires you to
sign up for an account with them when
making a purchase. PayPal accepts all major
credit cards.
3. Do you sell wholesale?
Yes. We have wholesale rates for bulk
orders. Please contact Sam if you would like
to work out a deal.
4. Do you use sweatshop labor?
Absolutely not. All of our pins are produced
in-house by friends and family members here
in sunny California. But of course, that
doesn't stop us from referring to ourselves
jokingly as the Korean sweatshop. ;)
5. Does Sam do any of the sewing?
For the sake of our products, "no." That's why
he's the "business dude" and not the "art
dude." Well, there was that Home Ec disaster
back in '88 and the time he accidentally
sewed his own shirt sleeve on to a pin...let's
just say that it's not a very good idea and he's
only too happy to leave that work to Sung Eun
and crew.
